Warped tour in theaters!

Hey everyone! I know Warped Tour's been over for a while now. Hope you all had an amazing time! Want to re-live it again? Well now you can! On September17th, local movie theaters will show a special one night movie event that celebrates Warped Tour's 15th anniversary! The bands that will be there: 30H!3, The All-American Rejects, Bad Religion, Blink 182, The Decaydance All Stars, Ice T, Katy Perry, NOFX, Ozomatli, Pennywise, Rise Against, and UnderOath. School Blues...kind of.

When you start off a syllabus with that you know that this is going to be a class to remember. I sure hope it is. I don't care how nerdy or geeky it makes me sound but I am truly excited for this class! I can tell that Mr. Forte really does love history just by the way that he speaks about it. He's even writting a book on the Civil War. (which I will buy if when it gets published.)

Summer was fun. Buzznet was fun (although I neglected visiting it more :[ ) But it's time to get serious.

The first day of school involved with most of my teachers telling me how my Junior year was going to be the hardest year. Gee, thanks...I nearly hyperventalated in the middle of my AP Language class.

I love you guys. I really do. I'll check back on the weekends and comment/buzz when I can.

I can honestly say that the community is what keeps me coming back. You're all just awesome. Simple as that.

So, thanks for being here for me through thick and thin.

For being ridiculously funny.

For being possibly the smartest people to talk to.

For being you!

Warped Tour Contests! Updated June 4th

I love Warped Tour. It's the first concert I've ever been too and it's what got me here, on Buzznet (thanks to the SmartPunk ticket give away). Being the desperate fan that I was, my fifteen year old self scoured the interweb trying to find contests to enter, just so I could have a chance at winning one and going to Warped Tour. I didn't win any of them (I am very unlucky) but maybe you have better luck! Here is a list of all of the places you need to check out if you want to give it a go and enter some contests.

I'm not here to stop you having "fun".

Although I hate that you drink.

I'm not here to tell you you're a bad person for drinking.

Although I do worry about you.

I'm not here to scold you...

I care about all of you on Buzznet too much to see this happen to you.

I want to see you graduate.

I want to see you go to college.

I want to see you fall in love.

I want to see you get married.

I want to see you start a career.

I want to see you living your life.

One fun night with booze is not worth losing your life, or in this case, the life of another.

I might not have known him but he is just another innocent victim of drunk driving.

One too many.
